谈写文章

刚被分配到工班的时候，我一向对“写文章”这件事有着很大的抵触，我觉得就应把更多的时间精力放在业务技能的学习上面，而不是浪费在“写文章”这件事上，之后，经过一年多的接触与了解，我才明白了企业文化对于一家企业的重要性，也逐渐明白了公司为什么如此注重宣传，才发现，原先我当初的想法是多么的可笑，学习业务技能跟“写文章”本来就不冲突，关键在于自己如何去合理安排。
